Arachnomancy
Arachnomancy (Greek arachne, spider) is divination by the observation of spiders: behavior, web shapes, direction of movement. Practice present in African and Madagascar tribal cultures (Sikidy of Madagascar). In European folklore, spider in the morning is omen of sadness; in the afternoon, of joy.
Modern interpretation
The spider creating a web symbolizes creativity and project under construction. Spider that descends from above = idea that comes from "above" (intuition).
